Creating Great Stories Playground is in the business of story creation (envisioning) and storytelling, not in the business of make believe. Our stories must be more than just compelling and appealing. They must be deliverable!
We invest considerable time crafting a powerful story. From that story, we plan and refine the development concept before executing on our strategies and selling the project.
We begin each project with a process we call Envisioning.
Envisioning allows us to distill the true essence of a project and to uncover or create a story so rich and compelling, so detailed and unique to the location that it can influence every aspect of the design, construction, marketing and sale of a project from start to finish. This process, and the resulting resort story, allows the potential homeowners to truly feel the soul, the magic, before the construction has even commenced.
This process is powerful. It can often result in the transformation (sometimes radical transformation) of the project as the storyline emerges.
The resulting storyline infuses the whole sales and marketing campaign, including the print materials, multimedia and digital media, and the language our sales people use to describe the nuances of the properties we represent in a manner that resonates strongly with our prospective buyers.
